Annual Fee Structure for call center registration

Call Center registration certificate issued by PSEB is location specific and is valid only for the location for which it is issued.

Separate certificate shall be required for each branch/additional/alternate location.

Annual registration/renewal fee for principal/main office Rs. 20,000/-

Annual registration/Renewal for each branch (if any) Rs. 10,000/-

Call Center with expired registration will be charged a surcharge of Rs. 10,000/-

All payments must be in shape of Demand Draft/Pay Order in favor of Pakistan Software Export Board.

Procedure

Once the completed application is received and accepted for processing, it usually takes about 2-3 working days to process and issue the provisional registration certificate (valid for 60 days). The registration will be confirmed after physical verification and site inspection of call center premises by PSEB. To complete the verification process, the applicant will be required to provide duly filled verification form along with documents specified below at the time of site inspection.

-Brief business profile & brochure

-Visiting cards of key personnel

-Business NTN

-Attested copy of Incorporation certificate, Memorandum & Article of Association (for SECP registered companies only)

-Attested copy of Partnership deed (for partnership based firms)

-Attested copy of Firm Registration certificate (for registered firms only)

-Business bank account letter/certificate (new account) or business bank statement for preceding six months

Procedure

Once the completed application is received and accepted for processing, it usually takes about 2-3 working days to process and issue renewed registration certificate. Physical verification visit of call center may also be planned and conducted by PSEB if required. Following documents will be required within 60 days from issuance of renewed registration, only if there is any update or not provided earlier:

-Brief business profile & brochure

-Visiting cards of key personnel

-Business NTN

-Attested copy of Incorporation certificate, Memorandum & Article of Association (for SECP registered companies only)

-Attested copy of Partnership deed (for partnership based firms)

-Attested copy of Firm Registration certificate (for registered firms only)

-Business bank account letter/certificate (new account) or business bank statement for preceding six months

Note:

The registration/renewal request can be sent to any of the below mentioned addresses as per convenience. All applicants can apply for registration/renewals for 1 – 5 years according to their requirement.
