Foreign Remittances NOC

According to Foreign Exchange Manual 2002 Chapter 14 Clause 12, State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) requires that any IT company willing to procure software from abroad first needs to obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from PSEB in  case of remittance above 100,000 US $ or equivalent. However, no NOC from PSEB is required in case of remittance below 100,000 US $.

Please download, print, and clearly fill out this NOC form, and post it at the address given below.

Required Documents:

  • Request for Proposal (RFP) documents
  • Foreign Vendor Identification
  • Copy of contract with foreign vendor
  • Evaluation Report
  • Copy of Invoices from foreign vendor
