ITCN 2012

Pakistan Software Export Board inline with the policy to bolster the local IT Sector hereby solicits applications from PSEB member companies to Exhibit in the PSEB Pavilion at ITCN 2012(Sept 18-20) exhibition, Karachi Expo Center. Significant subsidy would be provided by PSEB to selected companies to exhibit in the PSEB Pavilion.

ITCN, held for 12 consecutive years, has evolved into one of the biggest B2B event in Pakistan and hence provides an ideal platform to PSEB member companies to interact with prospective customers. Additional information on the event can be obtained at http://www.itcnasia.com

Selected companies would be provided with all necessary facilities at the PSEB Pavilion. Within the PSEB pavilion, your company would be provided with independent space with walls. You may bring your marketing material such as brochures, banners, standees for effectively marketing your products and services. A PSEB representative would be available at all times to address any issues pertaining to Pakistan Pavilion.

PSEB will provide subsidy on one stand (3m x 3m). After availing the subsidy from PSEB, each company will have to pay only PKR 30,000 for the following:

• Shell space (3m x 3m) with Fascia Name, 1 Counter, 2 Chairs, 3 Spot Lights and Power Socket
• Company Profile in the Event’s Catalogue
• Corporate Visitor Passes (200 Complimentary)
• Opening Ceremony (02 invitations Complimentary)

PSEB member companies are invited to submit their expressions of interest along with the following:

• Objective Statement (explaining: Why do you want to participate in this particular event)
• Demand draft of PKR 30,000 in favor of PSEB (Refundable in case of non-selection).
• Duly filled-in application forms.
• Signed TORs.
