TITEX Pakistan Exhibition & Conference, 17th ~ 19th May 2012 Pak-China Friendship Center, Islamabad.

Pakistan Software Export Board in line with the policy to bolster the local IT Sector hereby solicits applications from PSEB member companies to exhibit at TITEX 2012 exhibition, Pak-China Friendship Center, Islamabad. Significant subsidy would be provided by PSEB to selected companies to exhibit in the PSEB Pavilion.

As per the organizers, "TITEX 2012 provides an ideal opportunity to explore latest innovations and developments in IT & Telecom and to develop collaboration and partnerships with the businesses, top industry players, researchers, entrepreneurs and potential investors. TITEX provides an opportunity to project your company and its products/services".

PSEB would provide financial subsidy to the selected companies to participate in TITEX as an exhibitor. After availing the subsidy, each company would only pay Rs. 30,000/- which would include exhibit space for your company along with necessary facilities.

CommunicAsia 2012,Singapore June 19th - 22nd, 2012

Dear Member Company,

Pakistan Software Export Board inline with the policy to bolster the local IT Sector hereby solicits Expression of Interest from PSEB member companies to exhibit in the PSEB Pavilion at CommunicAsia 2012, Singapore. Significant subsidy would be provided by PSEB to selected companies to exhibit in the PSEB Pavilion at CommunicAsia 2012.

CommunicAsia, 19 - 22 June 2012, is one of the largest and most important trade fairs in the Global ICT industry. The organizers state that CommunicAsia is an unparalleled one-stop platform in Asia for ICT Industry and that the trade fair on average, features more than 1,300 international exhibitors showcasing a myriad of key and emerging technologies from backhaul networks, mobile apps, satellite communications, systems integration to software. Participation in CommunicAsia therefore can be beneficial to Pakistan's IT sector for improving the perception of Pakistan's IT Sector in the global arena, developing necessary business contacts and exploring collaboration/coordination possibilities. Participating Companies would be provided with a counter with one bar stool in the Pakistan Pavilion. Participating company share is Rs. 160,000/-. The selected companies would be responsible for other expenses such as boarding, lodging, air travel etc.

Interested PSEB member companies are hereby invited to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) along with the following:

• Duly filled-in Application Form
• Company Profile
• Objectives Statement and associated Strategy to attain results from participation in the exhibition

Signed TORs and Payment of Rs.160,000 in the form of Demand Draft. The Demand Draft would be returned in case the company is not selected.

PSEB Knowledge Sharing Session, Seminar on Emerging Technologies Keynote Speaker: Mr Jason Pontin, Chairman MIT Enterprise Forum USA Venue: IBA Main Campus Karachi Date: 31st March, 2012; Time: 2-5 pm

PSEB and MIT Enterprise Forum of Pakistan (MITEFP) are pleased to invite you for a seminar where Mr. Jason Pontin will give a keynote speech on "Emerging Technologies".

Mr. Jason Pontin, Chairman MIT Enterprise Forum, USA has been invited by MITEFP to benefit from his own vast knowledge and that of MIT's to further their pursuit of building the Entrepreneurial Eco-System of Pakistan. Mr. Pontin during his stay in Pakistan is expected to meet senior academic, industry and technology leaders, government functionaries and talented entrepreneurs of Pakistan to explore how the best practices developed at MIT can benefit Pakistan in its quest to stand in the league of developed nations.

Mr. Pontin has shown keen interest in meeting the talented Pakistani ICT entrepreneurs and leading organizations from this sector during his visit. MITEFP would like to take this opportunity to introduce PSEB and its members companies to Mr. Pontin at the event. While most PSEB members can meet him during the tea & networking session, four organizations are to make formal 10 minutes presentations. For this interested PSEB member companies are to send in their intent to present. Four organizations will be short listed by MITEFP from the member companies who send in their intent by March 26th, 2012. It should be noted that the event will be viewed via the HEC network at over 60 universities across Pakistan.
